A BIBLICAL APPROACH TO MENTAL HEALTH AND CHRISTIAN THERAPY
We believe in the power of the Gospel, the Sufficiency of Scripture, and Biblical confession and repentance. However, there is still a need for just about everyone to have gone through some Christian counseling in their adult lives. And Christian counseling done correctly isn't in opposition to the Christian faith or the work of the Holy Spirit but complementary and evil us more accurately being able to confess our idols, trauma and underlying sins (anxiety, loneliness, fear) that led to sin patterns in our lives. Turning us back to God's love for us in Christ and freeing us to live up to our identity as God's children.
